Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

Die denkmalgeschützte, loftartige Unterkunft bietet auf zwei Emporen 4 Schlafplätze mit 2 Doppelbetten. Im unteren, offenen Wohnbereich kann auf der Schlafcouch ein weiterer Schlafplatz hergerichtet werden. Auch ein Baby-Reisebett ist vorhanden. Die moderne Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Sauna (30€ extra als Energieausgleich) und Kamin sorgen für Entspannung an kalten, der Bauerngarten an warmen Tagen. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche wurde komplett neu in der Scheune eingebracht.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Vacation in the monument Built around 1550 on an even older vaulted cellar, the house has a late medieval floor plan and is likely to have been used as a simple small commercial house between the Rhine and the market with the originally hall-like room height in the front and the office in the back. It may be the oldest commercial building in the trading town of Rees. The listed house was privately restored in cooperation with the monument authorities from 2017 to 2019.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.
