Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Kansai

The Airbnb was located a distance from town at a peaceful and quaint neighbourhood. The suzuki lapin that came with the room was a delight and useful in getting around when driving to nearby restaurants and family mart, and even to koyasan and kobe. Though it failed to start at one point, the host was helpful in coming down to jump start the vehicle. Was not used to the thinness of the futon bed but overall the Airbnb was worth its value.

I used it very clean and comfortable.Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The location is very close to one of the stations connecting to Kyoto station which made getting around super easy. The accommodation was nice and spacious whilst also feeling cozy. Checking in was really easy. I turned up the day after I was due to check in and they had left my key in a locker on reception which made the whole process so much easier. Host was super helpful and made sure everything was okay.

I am writing this review on behalf of our group after having the best Airbnb experience in my life. Natsuki-sama is the best Airbnb host that I've came across and Kinori is the best Airbnb that I've been to. Period. We were lucky to be in Gujo during Spring Festival and thanks to Natsuki she warned us about it in advance, gave instructions on how to best follow the festival – and we had a blast! Probably the most vivid memories from Japan across our 2 trips there. I want to wish the best to this home and Natsuki-sama, especially. If you are reading reviews to decide whether it is worth it or not – I was in the same spot few months ago when booking – and I want to tell you that look no more and book while you can. You will have the best experience and get to appreciate the beautiful town of Gujo.

This apartment was a GREAT stay. the room is a pretty small, and a normal size for a japanese apartment. the bed was large. the location is SUPERB. it is maybe a 3 or 4 minute walk to the pokemon center! but for most people, that means its 3 minutes to down town kyoto and where all the shops and restaurants are. it was clean and comfortable. check in was a breeze, and luggage storage was allowed for early check in

This is the second time i have stayed at this location and its great as always … took my dad here to fully experience Japanese culture and architectural designs and he couldn’t stop talking about how efficient and well thought out this place was built !!! All in all a success and would 100% come back to stay here again in the future !

A wonderful place to use as a headquarters while visiting Kyoto for a week. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful restaurants within walking distance; tasty food by kind owners who care. Good grocery stores for breakfast staples, comfortable studio with the kindest, most communicative host we ever met. Clean as could be, and no noisy neighbors.

Karen was a great host, responsive and punctual. I particularly appreciated the flexibility to leave the luggages at the lobby after the check out - it made it easy for us to enjoy another day in Kyoto with no worries or extra costs :)
