Villa holiday rentals in Kansai

I was looking for a place to stay with 9 people.It was a stylish and very nice place close to the sea.We were planning a BBQ, and there was a nice stove, and there was a refrigerator outside, so we had a comfortable and fun BBQ. The TV was also on the large screen, and I was able to enjoy a powerful game.The bath was also wide, and I thought I'd be able to live like this every day.

The place is gorgeous, you basically rent out a whole inn with 2 floors and 4 bedrooms. It is decorated beautifully with tatami floors, super comfortable foutons, traditional wooden and paper doors, cute area outside on the 2nd floor and pretty decorations on the wall. It absolutely gives you that traditional japanese vibe, but don't let that fool you though, the shower and toilet are modern, and there's even light sensons for getting up the stairs. The place overall is gorgeous, the host is very pleasant, and we tried to take care of it as much as we could, please do the same!

You can fully enjoy the equipment provided, such as cooking utensils, coffee, sauna supplies and activities, and because of the location you don't mind, you can simply feel the nature. I'd love to stay again.Thank you very much.

It is very close to Tongtiankaku, Namba Shinsaibashi is all walk degree, and the surrounding transportation subway line is also convenient.There are many rooms, the top floor has a night view, and the airport Nankai Line is convenient.

They were very kind at check-in and check-out, and they drove me from the port, which was very helpful! The view was also very beautiful and we had a nice vacation.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Okayama again.Thank you so much!

Lovely time at Kyoto House! A really fun space, mix of classic Japanese and western style. The doorways are a little low if you’re tall but really no complaints. Would stay again!

The home is situated near the river and is next to a lot of restaurants. The home itself is very modern, Japanese style, minimal, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. We really enjoyed being close to the water and having so many dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you very much. We had a pleasant stay with six friends in a spacious living space with a sense of cleanliness.

The homestay is very clean and can be described as sparkling clean, and it is a little spotless when stepping on the floor to any corner.The whole room is full of Kyoto, and there is also a small living room on the first floor where everyone can sit together and have tea and chat. The owner carefully prepared supplies such as toiletries, rain gear, and also confirmed our itinerary several times before we arrived to let us know the check-in process in advance. We had a total of 7 adults and 1 small child staying here was pleasant and comfortable, thank you so much.

I stayed at Kyotofish Miya in May with my husband, our 8-yr old son, and my parents, a group of 5. Before booking, I searched so many places and felt this house was the best location. It’s on a quiet, calm street that’s walking distance to great restaurants and bars. What sets the house apart though, is the layout. Inside there’s a nice openness between the living, dining and kitchen so a family can spend quality time together (not easy to find). Surprisingly, it felt light inside and not dark. The seating was western-height so no issues for my parents. The upstairs layout was perfect - it offered separation and a sense of privacy between bedrooms and all had sliding paper screens. There’s a toilet and shower upstairs and larger bathroom with tub downstairs, so no challenges going up and down constantly. The back bedroom has a western-style mattress bed and other 2 rooms have tatami and futons. It was a wonderful house and we highly recommend it.

It was easy to find and had a massive car park. The house is new, very clean, spacious, and warm during winter. The backyard is huge and securely fenced, so you can let your dog run around without any concerns whatsoever. If you're planning to visit with a dog, this place is perfect. Even without a pet, the secure outdoor area is something to truly enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to take advantage of the BBQ area in summer, so I’ll definitely be going back!

In a single villa residence by the sea, you can see the ocean. Very large living room and bedroom with a large and luminous bathroom as well.There are 2 bathrooms, and 8 people are not crowded. The host let us check in early and check in was easy.Commercial facilities and onsen in the surrounding area are also introduced.Very good host. There will be a chance to come and check in later. Totally recommend it.

The location is fantastic! It was nice to have a private BBQ on the second floor!The floor plan was easy to use, and it was new and clean. I want to use it again.

I visited with my family.The barbecue, bonfire, Heidi-like swing, hammocks, and sea views were also awesome and I enjoyed it.The facilities are clean and safe. Thank you very much. Large cars require quite a bit of driving skills.
