Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Modern, bright & cozy: Our lovingly furnished attic apartment in the heart of Bad Segeberg is perfect for two. Enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the countryside and the open living/dining area. In just 180 m you are at Lake Segeberg, in 350 m in the city with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, drugstore & supermarket. The open-air stage at Kalkberg (Karl May Festival & concerts) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Quiet, but still centrally located – incl. parking space right by the house.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Cavalier House is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Where the horse transports used to start fully loaded with gypsum from the Kalkberg, today the guests of Kalkberg apartments sleep. The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.
