Beach house holiday rentals in Katwijk

Had a great stay. A very nice and clean house and communication with Annelie also worked smoothly. The location is very good, you can walk quickly to the beach and to the city quickly by bus.

Lotte and Juan welcomed us very warmly. Lotte had already stocked the fridge with treats for the first breakfast - including eggs from her own chickens and homemade jam! The little cottage was perfect for the two of us. We didn't notice the other guests in the front house and also Juan and Lotte have the perfect mix of good conversations and discretion on it! You can get to the village very quickly on foot, there is everything you need and otherwise you can get everywhere easily! We immediately felt at home and would be happy to come back 😄

Great house with three spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. In addition, a toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with dining table to the open, well-equipped kitchen and spacious corner couch. In good weather, there is also a couch in front of the house, where you can sit in the sun. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and also from the sea front. The communication with the landlords went perfectly. In any case, we would gladly come back at any time.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Marion responded very promptly to questions. The location is top. Very quiet,close to the beach and yet the city center is very easy to reach on foot. Great cafes and very nice beach. Always happy

Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

Laurien en Floris’ home is everything one could wish for during a family stay on the Dutch coast. Prior to arrival we were sent clear instructions that helped us find our way in- and outside the house. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and very accommodating. The house is also amazing for children- with a trampoline, a slide and a whole room full of toys! The house is located nearby arguably the best beach in the Netherlands. It is 3 mins walking distance to this beach and beach bars. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay here! So much to do for the kids!

We had a very successful weekend with our family (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren) in this accommodation. Plenty of space indoors and also the garden had several terraces and play accommodations. Well sheltered. A big plus of course for the indoor swimming pool. In short: recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s beautiful home. The house and the sourrounding area are excellent for families and Rebecca was a great host!

Our stay at Maaike’s place was lovely and surely a holiday week that we’ll always remember. Very recommended for families with kids since there is lots to do in Noordwijk.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The outside area was a lovely place to sit in the evening sun and the Sauna was very relaxing. The facilities (pool, kids playground, the beach and the restaurant) were fantastic. The location is wonderful and feels close to nature with a beach very close by. It's very easy to drive to local attractions or you can take the number 24 bus into town from the main road (30 mins walk) and take the train or tram anywhere. This is a great location to relax in nature and to enjoy local bike trails and walks. Karin is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We've been to some Airbnb listings, but Ruth's apartment has been our absolute highlight so far. Very spacious and totally comfortably furnished. Everything was exactly as described and Ruth and Wim were excellent hosts. We will be happy to come back anytime.

We enjoyed the stay in Aldas comfy home with 2 families. Enough space for kids and adults. Toys and fishes in the pool and fully equiped kitchen. Beach is only 10 min walk away. Looking forward to come back!!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, I sincerely recommend

Beautiful unit in a very picturesque area. From the apartment, the beach, various restaurants and shopping are easy to reach with a few minutes walk. We especially liked the restaurant "In Den Blauwen Bock" (delicious burgers!). We can imagine a new stay very well.

The cottage met the description and pictures exactly. It is small but super complete and efficiently arranged with even olive oil and laundry pods. Getting used to the stairs, but that turned quickly. The location is top, close to the beach and city center and also to a bike rental. Due to the location and bench in front of the door, you didn't really miss the garden. You are in the middle of the residential area, which is nice for the entire Katwijk experience. Bas and Lisette respond very quickly and think along. They are very approachable but give you complete privacy. So definitely worth 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Roeli's house and spent a great week in Katwjik. We came with 5 adults and a child of 6 years and had enough space for everyone. The house is really nicely decorated and we all liked the style. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after taking a quick dip in the North Sea. The house is only 1 minute away from the beautiful beach and the small town center. We all grabbed our bikes and did some great bike rides on the good bike paths. The Hague is also only 20 kilometers away and is absolutely worth a visit. We can all really recommend a stay at Roelies Haus and would come back anytime.

We had a fantastic holiday! The apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. The location is simply top – in a few minutes you are both in the pedestrian zone and on the beach. Many good restaurants is also in walking distance. A real highlight was the host Helena: she was always quickly accessible, super friendly and incredibly helpful.
