Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Smart-TV sowie ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett für 2 Personen. Zusätzlich steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa für weitere 2 Personen zur Verfügung.

Modern bathroom, underfloor heating, comfortable beds, sociable dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious balcony facing west on which you can enjoy the evening sun and the view over the rooftops into the countryside. Handtücher), ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, E-Herd, Mikro , Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster). Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Wa/Tro kann in der Waschküche mit benutzt werden. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Even the driveway on the avenue makes you calm down. Whether after a stressful day at work or for a few relaxing days in the countryside - the tranquility is soothing. The apartment in the old family home from the beginning of the 20th century. century has a special flair. The path past the ancestral gallery into the cozy - somewhat Nordic-looking apartment - with a living/dining area and a pull-out couch and a cozy bedroom overlooking the countryside. You can live here.

Beautiful 2-room new apartment right on the Lech

The completely newly furnished property is located in the currently emerging district "Am Papierbach" central location of Landsberg, directly on the Lech with its parks. (am Papierbach-landsberg.de) Via the Lady-Herkomer jetty you can reach the old town of Landsberg in a few minutes. The island pool is also directly located and various train and bus connections are within walking distance. From Landsberg you can quickly reach Munich, Augsburg and Lake Ammersee.

You have the upper floor all to yourself - perfect for exploring from it. Close to Munich and the picturesque Allgäu, very close to the medieval town of Landsberg - you are within walking distance of the train station or by car directly on the B17 and A96 highways. Kaufering itself offers you everything life needs - from restaurants to supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, everything within walking distance. The accommodation offers you a nice quiet area!
