Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with views of the collegiate church and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Spacious and bright holiday apartment with balcony

Arrive and feel at home..... We would be delighted to welcome you as our guest in our bright, 85m² holiday apartment on the upper floor of our house. Situated right by the Kaufungen Forest and with excellent connections to the Documenta City of Kassel, from here you can access all the hiking and cycling routes around Kaufungen and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset on the balcony, accompanied by a fantastic view of the natural surroundings.

Beautiful quiet accommodation on the Thöneberg

Our quietly located accommodation in the basement with approx. 25 m² is equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen. A covered seating area with a grill is right in front of it. You can access the property through a separate entrance door. Nieste is a small community that invites you to relax with its diverse hiking trails (premium trails) and mountain bike trails. Hiking trails are within a 2-minute walking distance. Kassel city center can be reached in just 15 minutes.

Studio am See

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

This spacious 130 m² flat is ideal for groups, families or business travellers. It offers plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy conservatory for relaxing. A table football table provides entertainment. Thanks to the lift, the flat is easily accessible. Its quiet location, with good access to the motorway and the city centre, makes it the perfect base for staying and exploring. Shoping and restaurants are also within easy reach.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Maisonette - Converted barn with loggia & veranda

For lovers of an extraordinary and cozy living atmosphere in a green idyll - yet close to the city - with shopping close by. The large country-style apartment on two floors is equipped with many amenities, suitable for relaxing on the large loggia on the upper floor or the covered veranda in the entrance area. But also hikes in the beautiful Hessian mountains, bike tours or boat tours on the Fulda are worthwhile.

Ferienwohnung Reinemund

Our small apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Kaufungen. From the living room and bedroom  you have a good view of the Kassel landmark, the Hercules.  The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds and TV. The adjoining room has a well-equipped kitchenette including microwave and small oven. There is a TV, couch, dining area and a bed here. There is a possibility to set up a 4th bed.

Beautiful, bright apartment near Kassel

Beautiful, quiet apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a suburb of Kassel. There is a good tram connection to the documentary city of Kassel (15 min). So it is possible to live quietly in the countryside and to experience and explore Kassel with all its sights. The apartment itself has its own entrance and a beautiful view of the garden. There is a terrace that can be shared.

Live centrally and beautifully in Bergshausen.

This is a self-contained apartment, 55 square meters. The apartment is on the ground floor. Centrally located to the highway. A7, A 44 and A49 are within easy reach. The vocational training center is about 3 km away. Downtown Kassel is easily accessible. Good bus connection. Bergshausen is very nicely situated on the Fulda with a beautiful meadow. A bike path R1 leads through Bergshausen.
