Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kelso

Just what we needed as a base to visit everything we wanted to in Edinburgh. with having a small child an apartment with all described facilities was great. Ben was really responsive aswell any time we had questions. thanks for a lovely stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Ground floor apartment in quiet area, with restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance. Apartment is comfortable, well furnished, VERY clean, and appliances are all new. The accommodation is impressive, and the host even more so. Marion anticipates so much of what you'll want to know, and has prepared a binder full of information including clear instructions for appliances; safety information; suggestions for restaurants; shopping locations; and even contact info for taxi service, if desired. She is punctual and thorough in responding to questions, and truly a pleasure to work with. Marion is not only a super host... she sets the bar, and defines the term.

Wonderful stay, very much recommend. Brill location (we drove & parking was always easy & great for us to see family / get to the beach / the city with ease). Lovely touch Yvonne & Andrew leaving a small milk for us & some very nice cookies. Super kind. Beds were super comfy, lovely quiet area. We will be back.

This was a perfect place for us to stay which was 3 couples. It was in close proximity for walking to many of Edinburgh’s many sights. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The only thing I would suggest to a new renter, is when keying in on Maps is to use both STREET & LANE as our host has it listed. This was our problem, not the hosts. The patio was very nice to sit out and enjoy the neighborhood. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would stay in this BnB again.

Giovanna was a wonderful host! The apartment was perfectly located and walkable to everything. We were able to grab taxis and uber just a few steps down from the front door. Plenty of space, it was nice to be able to open the windows and see as well as hear the night life. It wasn’t noisy but fun to watch people go in and out of the theater across the street dressed up. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Edinburgh. You will love staying here!

The house looked stunning with Christmas themed treats for the kids and grown ups and the tree was gorgeous. It was wonderful to arrive to our Christmas holiday in such a well maintained, beautifully decorated warm and spotless house. The kitchen was very well equipped and loo cleaner, counter cleaner and various other basics were included which was great because the car was so full I didn’t have space for my self catering essentials bag that I usually have to travel with. If the area works for you I would highly recommend this house. A great play ground was a short walk from the house and Anne put out some lovely bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained; books, games and toys.

Mel was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful break. Particularly good for the dog with the garden being fully enclosed and free to roam.

Ideal hub for myself and kids. Very comfortable, excellent kitchen and fast broadband. Would have preferred a better parking spot as I have a large car and needed to mount full kerb to access parking. I didn’t fancy parking on street as it was adjacent to small junction. Just something to note. Aside from that, very happy. Thank you very much

it completely feels like home. everything was outstanding. host was very firendly and responsive. he received me in accommodation when i arrive there. helped me alot to find out local best restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie and her house are very welcoming. Everything is done to feel at home. The essentials provided are very convenient. The house is very well organized so that 4 adults have their privacy and amenities. Our late arrival was no problem for our hostess to hand over the keys. Everything was perfect, up to the location that allowed us to discover Edinburgh, Glasgow ….

Samantha's home was beautiful, the photos dont do it justice! would highly recommend! very central and ideal for our family's stay. Will definitely book again when next through in Edinburgh

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A super, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable apartment in great location. We only used for a single night to watch a show at the Playhouse but it would also be great for longer stays.

Handy place to stay whilst visiting Carlisle for a wedding. Great little apartment suitable for all our families needs.

Great flat in a great location, with very receptive hosts. Bathrooms could do with a really deep clean- that’s the only negative.

The apartment is located 1.5km walk from the old town and 400m from the botanical garden. We visited Edinburgh for 2 days on foot. The apartment is very well appointed and there is even an adapter for French plug. the double bedroom has a small private shower /toilet room in addition to the master bathroom. We had a lovely stay there. outdoor parking spot for visitor, parking space on adjacent street ( free on we) Margaret was very clear and pleasant in her messages. We highly recommend it.

The stay was excellent. Really cosy and comfortable apartment. Dora was so sweet and we received kind hospitality.

Paul’s apartment was perfect for our stay and easily accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Everything needed for our stay was provided and Paul’s availability to answer any queries went above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be just a short distance from the busy hustle and bustle of Edinburgh centre but close enough to get there easily and quickly. A real gem of a find. Thank you Paul for all your help and advice!
