The Good Life - animal paradise

Welcome to The Good Life. The cabin is 12 ft x 26 ft with a lofted sleeping space that is accessed by a steep ladder, so it is not a good fit for people with mobility issues or kids. The small sofa folds out into a bed, good for a smaller adult or child. The kitchen has a 2 burner electric top and decent sized fridge with a coffee machine and microwave. This is a semi -dry cabin meaning there is electricity, sink, and composting toilet. Showers and laundry facilities can be found in town.

This home is located on a 2.5 acre lot in Anchorage countryside, in a quiet neighborhood with trees for privacy. Amazing views of mountains and volcanoes. Hiking and skiing trails on site access 40 acres and Rabbit Creek greenbelt. Wildlife is often seen in our yard. Chugach State Park and Golfing are a 10-min drive. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties.

Fishermans Hideaway

We are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula for the best Halibut and Salmon fishing in the world. 1 bedroom with full queen bed and two twin daybeds, 2nd bedroom one queen bed. There are 2 queen blow up beds. Extra linens and blankets provided. Full bath and full laundry room. Small kitchenette and living area. We are pet friendly and have a nice large yard for the critters. Spacious parking so bring your boat. Not to mention the peekaboo view of the inlet and mountains.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
