Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kent County

This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved spending a long weekend at Susan's cozy, tasteful place on the water. The location is especially private and peaceful and we particularly enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit / hammock area.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

This house was a fantastic spot for us during our stay for a field hockey tournament at the DE turf complex. The location was secluded and private, but still close to Milford and Frederica as well as local beaches. We shared the house with a teammate's family and the setup was perfect - our family of four was upstairs, and their family of 3 was downstairs. There was plenty of privacy and the living room and dining room were great for relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and well-provisioned. The house was spotless and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. Cindy was really friendly and helpful. The house binder had a great summary of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay !! The view was beautiful and so relaxing !! The home was perfect and simply stunning inside and out. We truly enjoyed every part of our trip from walking the beach to watching the birds…. Sunrise was magical !! The host was responsive and easy to work with… looking forward to booking again ! 😎

Such a great house with lots of nooks and crannies to escape to if you need some alone time. Lots of great porches. I highly recommend this house for family reunions!

Margaret's place had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and Margaret was responsive to any questions I had. The door was a little tricky to get open at first but she gave me some tips and it was easy after that. I would recommend Margaret's place to anyone and would stay here again!

This is our third time staying at Elaine’s place and it won’t be our last! It’s always just what we need in terms of location, space, and comfort. The place is always very clean. Elaine is highly responsive and always helpful in providing great suggestions for us, no matter what we need. Highly recommend!

Danielle was awesome, great communication and always responded within a timely fashion. Was very helpful with everything. And the farm was really nice.

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

so peaceful and comfortable! a great place to relax at the end of a long day exploring Delaware. got greeted by one of the cats every day when getting back for the night, it was great. the place was clean which is always a plus when traveling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Erma's place. It had all that we needed for a weekend get away. It was close to our destination and was perfect for just relaxing when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.
