Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! This was our second year staying at Linda's place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The home is just as beautiful and welcoming as we remembered: bright, open, and full of windows that offer stunning views of the ocean. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. And Linda is a fantastic host! Super responsive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best stay possible. We’re so grateful to have found this gem and already can’t wait to come back!

We had a phenomenal stay at Melvin's place! From check in to check out we felt right at home. There were toys for our kids, a playground steps away, walking paths by a river, many delicious local restaurants, fast internet, everything we could ask for! The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

I enjoyed this short staycation. The landlord decorated the room very carefully, making me feel warm, relaxed and at home. There is a swimming pool in the house, so you can play in the water in the summer. It is a very suitable place for family travel. The landlord responded to messages very promptly and prepared sufficient supplies.

This house was a fantastic spot for us during our stay for a field hockey tournament at the DE turf complex. The location was secluded and private, but still close to Milford and Frederica as well as local beaches. We shared the house with a teammate's family and the setup was perfect - our family of four was upstairs, and their family of 3 was downstairs. There was plenty of privacy and the living room and dining room were great for relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and well-provisioned. The house was spotless and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. Cindy was really friendly and helpful. The house binder had a great summary of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Dana was an awesome host! The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the listing. Nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do in the area, 5 stars and will definitely stay again.

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Danielle was awesome, great communication and always responded within a timely fashion. Was very helpful with everything. And the farm was really nice.

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

Lovely, simple place to stay. We were in town for a sports tournament, so didn't need anything fancy. It was a two-room setup - a living room area with a coffee maker, a small fridge, and pull-out couch, and a bedroom with an attached bath. My daughter and I were very comfortable. The town was cute and walkable, with a number of restaurants and cafes close by.
