130 qm Wohnung in komplett saniertem Gebäude, Wohnung ebenfalls komplett saniert und renoviert, auf dem neuesten technischen Stand, neu möbliert, und neu gestaltet, zum Wohlfühlen. 10 Minuten Fahrt bis Klinikum/RWTH und 12 Min. bis zum Chio: Snowworld ist rund 3 Km entfernt, es fährt ein Buss alle 30 Minuten dorthin, die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Minuten, mit dem Pkw oder Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Die Bushaltestelle liegt etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in der Schoolstraat.

Live in the historic customs house on the border between Germany and the Netherlands, which is marked by the preserved border stone in front of the house. The former customs room is now your living room and the pass-through creates the connection from the hallway to the kitchen. During the core renovation in 2006, as many elements as possible that tell the story of the customs house were preserved. The wooden floor provides a pleasant ambience.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
