The apartment was completely renovated in October 2021. Two private parking spaces right outside the door are at your disposal free of charge. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. Rental for 5 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed) for teenagers double bed under the roof

Spacious active house with direct lake access. The in-house jetty allows our holiday guests to jump directly into the lake from the sun lounger and cool off. Also, fishing is allowed without a fishing license The house also includes two kayaks, two pedal boats, a sup and a small rowing boat. A shaded clay square in the size 8m x 16m and two football goals in the front yard offers plenty of fun for all ages. There is also a volleyball net.

Otherwise, you will experience pure nature, as the farm is located in the outdoor area. Ideal for people who want to work and relax in absolute peace. There is a bright friendly home office space (see picture). In particular, our house is aimed at people with a healthy and respectful understanding of nature.

Relaxing on Schubystrand 🌞 The mobile home is located on the Schubystrand on the Baltic Sea on a campsite. The place has a playground, gym, sauna and two restaurants. The beach is about 100m away and offers a surf and water sports school. The Baltic Sea resort of Damp is about 1 km away on foot, which has a small harbor, shopping and bars to offer. Reservations prefer weekly or on demand. Person fee €7 day/on site.
