In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you like to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk will take you in approx. 10 minutes to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling. We are looking forward for your visit!

Via the garage you can reach the small, cozy basement apartment. The host family lives in the upper part of the house. The brightly decorated living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and small terrace area will make your stay perfect. Popular beaches are approx. 15-30 minutes away by car. A bike route is suitable for cycling and skating. There is a train stop and bus connections. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

The duplex apartment is centrally located and is just a 15-minute walk from the train station and downtown. If you like to exercise, you can reach the swimming pool in just 5 minutes on foot, and there is even a gym opposite. Within a radius of 200 meters you will find all the shops for your daily needs.
