Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special. His hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. The stay was very pleasant, and the host Alvaro was truly EXCEPTIONALLY helpful as I was still recovering from back surgery and Alvaro went far beyond my expectations. Anyone looking for an Airbnb stay in Flushing/Bayside could do no better than to stay at their home. My rating is a 10 out of 10.

We have stayed with Julia on many of our trips to New York. She is wonderful, and we always have an enjoyable stay. City Island is beautiful and peaceful, and it is still commutable to Manhattan. We are so grateful to Julia for always being so welcoming and for the little touches that make it feel like a home away from home.
