The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need: coffee, tea and more are included. The living room is equipped with everything. In addition, you will find a large desk with a comfortable office chair, screen and a built-in shelf with plenty of storage space. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the whirlpool and the sauna with an outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sun deck or have food delivered directly from the pub to your tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday from 5 pm.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
