The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The apartment is located in the middle of Munich, Garmisch and Füssen, each about 60 km away. On site there is a small swimming lake with a Greek restaurant. About 7 km away you can visit a warm outdoor pool. The Ammersee is 15 minutes away, Lake Starnberg and Lake Staffelsee are 30 minutes away. The town of almost 2000 inhabitants has a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and two banks.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
