Monthly Rentals in Kinston

Karen and her husband went over the top to make us feel welcome. Kindness and real southern hospitality were so appreciated as we dealt with a pipe leak and flood at my moms house down the road. The guest house was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lovely, Lovely people! Thank you so much Karen!

This was by far one of the better homes I've stayed in. The host was very friendly and always seemed available in case we needed anything. The inside and outside spaces were beautiful and very comfortable.

The stay here was very nice ! A Great host ,that communicated very well and was very helpful with making sure we knew everything before we arrived. Easy check in and the resort pool was awesome ! We will be back!!!

I have stayed here since December for a work assignment. Danielle is always a responsive host. There was an issue with the plumbing/septic and I had to move out for the night. Danielle put me up in a hotel overnight and had the problem resolved the next day. While very inconvenient I appreciated everything she did. The one issue I had is with the cleanliness after the workers were done. Left all the wet towels in the bathtub and the bathroom floor was not cleaned up. Minor thing. Otherwise excellent place to stay. Will stay there again for sure.
