Simply furnished ground-floor flat. The rooms are low, between 175 and 200 cm. The lowered hipped roof makes the flat darker. There is a small flat on the upper floor that is permanently rented out. There is a covered terrace in front of the house. In front of it is a large meadow. The view of the mountains is magnificent. Close to the forest, close to the centre of Kirchzarten and the campsite. Freiburg is about 15 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by DB (Konus ticket). Many excursions are possible. Pets with prior notification: €5/day. No more than 1.

You will stay in a large detached house at the entrance of the beautiful Zastler Valley at the foot of the Feldberg in a 4-star granny apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 by 200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). The bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub with shower part. A washing machine and clothes rack are available. For each guest over 12 years of age, we must charge an additional tourist tax of €2.10 per night.

Don't worry, you won't hear any train traffic due to the insulated windows. You can use the front yard exclusively. Grocery stores, a public pool, restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy and an ice cream shop are within walking distance. Free parking is available just around the corner.

The property is ideal for outdoor activities to explore the Black Forest or to take excursions to Freiburg. The property has its own entrance and is located in the souterrain of an EFH. A baker and a village shop in the village even provide you with the essentials on Sunday. Other shopping opportunities available in the neighboring village.

But also France, e.g. Alsace and Switzerland, are within a few kilometers. If you like hiking, you can also start right from the front door. Stegen is located in the Dreisam Valley, right next to Kirchzarten. From there, a train runs every 30 minutes to both Freiburg and Titisee.
