BBQ seating areas, along with a Weber charcoal BBQ and Charcoal are available for rental by our Green Season guests. The rental fee is 5,000. Please note that hot items are not to be placed on the table or chairs and you need to remove all rubbish from the BBQ area. Bookings are on a first reserved basis. Big Bear Apartments 3, Studio Apartment, Hakuba

Just 100m from the Kita-One High Speed Quad Chair at the Happo-One Resort and located in Hakuba's premium accommodation locale, Wadanomori, are the Big Bear Apartments. Recently-constructed, the apartments feature modern finishes, under-floor heating throughout and full kitchenettes, including dishwasher and gas cooktop. The apartments feature huge baths and high-speed Wi-Fi, optional cable TV and Bluetooth audio systems are also standard in all apartments. Onsite reception for great service.

The heart of Hakuba Echo Land

Located in the heart of Hakuba Eco Land, this place is close to everything you need when visiting Hakuba, including restaurants, cafes, bars, outdoor companies, and snowboard shops. The first floor is a cafe, where you can drink delicious coffee right away. (The store is open weekdays only.) 30-second walk to the ski shuttle bus. We also provide free homemade roasted coffee and a dripper in the room. Enjoy delicious coffee. You can also enjoy the cafe products on the first floor in your room.

Mojo Lodge: 2 Bedroom apt with BBQ area + fire pit

Mojo Apartment is central located on a quiet wooded hill in the middle of Happo village. It is a 600 metre walk to the Happo-one Gondola, 2km to Iwatake Mountain Bike Park and a 300 metre walk to Happo information centre. Mojo Apartment boasts a large patio area with a BBQ and bike wash facilities. This garden apartment is in a nice and quiet location and is a great spot to telework. Please let us know if you would like a early checkin as sometimes this is okay.

Penke Panke Lodge -3 bedroom apart & Breakfast

Enjoy a well priced comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located at the back of Penke Panke Lodge which has nice views and recently renovated and have the benefit of all the common space of the lodge and also staff just a few steps away and all the services that you would expect from a full service property. The rate includes 10% consumption tax, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, full daily, pick up and our night shuttle between 5pm and 7pm.

This stylish fully equipped beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is extremely close to train and bus stops making arriving and departing very easy. Shuttle buses are very close by as are numerous local's favorite places to eat and the supermarket. Suitable for families and groups of friends up to 5 people there is an interconnecting door with our other apartment so up to 11 people can stay at once.

It features a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, plus on-site parking for convenience. The first floor of Building A houses a restaurant, open from 12:00–15:00 and 17:30–21:00. Some minor noise may be heard during and shortly before and after these hours. We kindly ask for your understanding when making a reservation.

There is also a lovely apres bar in the building just for our guests. Our beds are super comfortable and you can set up the room with either a large King bed (180cm X 200cm) or two single beds. The apartment is super warm in winter due to the brand new hydronic heating system. We have a wonderful ski drying room.
