Holiday rentals with breakfast in Knoxville

We spent 2 days in the Charming Farmhouse…which was not NEARLY enough! There is so much to do! We had the kids up until 10 pm both nights and STILL didn’t have time to do more than 50% of what we had planned or would have liked to do. The kids had planned on going to the fire and pool and the adults were looking forward to the hot tub…unfortunately, we just ran out of time..so we are going to come back next year for a whole week! We were able to get discounted Dollywood tickets (Yay!) and we took advantage of the free breakfast at Reagan’s both mornings ) it did Not disappoint). The kids loved their room and the “secret” nook…The place had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. 5 queen beds (3 in the same room)…and a king bed…everyone had their own big bed! The back entrance opens to a quiet area with vending machines and there is a private porch with rocking chairs out the two front doors!we ..as the kids say “best day ever”! Thank you! (Randi was awesome!)

This home is gorgeous & just like the pictures showed. The movie room was our main hangout location & enough room for everyone- it made for a great trip with the family. There are a lot of nice “above and beyond” details (like jewelry holders at each bed, extra mounted plugs on the nightstands for charging your devices). We saw a family of bears while driving up one night & that was the highlight of our trip.

What a great place!! Very comfortable and cozy. Had everything we needed. Ken and Nancy were great hosts and very responsive. Would stay here again.

We had a fun and relaxing time! Everything was stocked and clean. There are ants but that's just part of being in the mountains. The views are amazing! We look forward to staying again.

We loved staying here - very clean and cozy, and well-stocked. In a city as spread out as Knoxville, it can be tricky to find such a good location close to plenty of things! We especially enjoyed walking at Lakeshore Park and trying a couple of restaurants up in the Bearden area. The hot tub was a big hit with our group as well! Jay was great about communicating.

This is our 2nd stay here and it was fantastic both times. We’ve tried staying other times and it’s been booked. The unit is very well maintained and stocked. Not to mention the yummy muffins she always has for us! We will stay again next time we are in the area and the unit is available.

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home. We felt right at home and were blown away by how thoughtful he was with all the details. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was impeccably clean and neat. Plenty of parking. He left treats for us in the kitchen. Coffee and supplies were ready, which we appreciated so much! He thought of everything and we said more than once during the stay that we would love to stay there again. Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Oak Ridge, TN. And we go twice a year for rowing regattas, so we're very familiar with the area and rentals.

Missy made this trip a breeze and was super responsive and helpful. Proactively accommodated us getting into town early and openly welcomed feedback to improve future stays.

We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Great space with lots of room. It was as described on listing. Very private. We enjoyed staying and can’t wait to again but longer next time!

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Quaint lovely home with nice touches. Wish more of our trip was spent there.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience at Chuck and Diane’s place. It was a home away from home….from the National Park recommendations to the great breakfasts they prepared to the stories shared about their Gatlinburg home and surrounding area. Their desire to be great hosts is evident from your first encounter with them. The bedroom and bathroom are private and cozy while the shared areas in the home are welcoming and homey. We walked to and from the strip in Gatlinburg a time or two but there are free trolleys available if you don’t want to hoof it. Chuck and Diane say that they love what they do because they make new friends along the way. I’m convinced that is true. My wife and I will easily feel like friends coming home the next time we stay with Chuck and Diane.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

We loved our stay at the farm. It was a perfect restful getaway that was tucked away in its own private corner but not too far from town! I've already recommended it to other people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great company with an easy going demeanor made for a calm and serene feeling throughout our time at the residence. Also, I highly recommend the breakfast, it was a great way to start the day!

this is hands down my favorite place to stay in the entire Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Townsend area. I love how peaceful it is. I love that I have creek access. I love the flexible check in & and the later check out time. I love how responsive the hosts are. The whole experience there has a personable touch to it that makes it feel like you're as comfortable as you would be in your own home! It's so close to Cades Cove! very convenient for hiking and nature trails all around!

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.

Beautiful drive up Wears highway to location. Easy to find, well maintained with great curb appeal. Comfortable room where I felt safe traveling as a single senior women...would return if back in the area.
