Oconee Oasis is located in the quiet, safe, and friendly Cherokee Terrace subdivision in South Knoxville. Established in 1939, the neighborhood features lots of mature trees and abundant acreage, and is just minutes away from downtown Knoxville. This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

Kitchenette has no stove, but does have refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle and Airfryer. Please, do not bring a griddle or any cooking appliances. it will set off fire alarm.
