The 1-room apartment with mountain views and south-facing balcony is located in the south of Rosenheim and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours or excursions to the mountains, Chiemgau or Austria (A8 is 4 km away). Recreation areas of Happinger, Happinger-Au and Floriansee are practically at your doorstep. Bus stop with connection to Rosenheim city center is right in front of the house. Shopping next door. Apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and pull-out sofa bed.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Every modern comfort is offered to you on 24 square meters of living space. The bedroom with 2 beds can be separated from the living room with a sliding door. In the living room, there is another bed, which can be pulled out into a double bed in a few simple steps. The bed then measures 1.60 x 2.00 m. We offer a newly renovated, tastefully furnished guest apartment for 2 people, in our house in Schliersee/Neuhaus. A living/bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. As well as a south/east balcony with loggia overlooking the Breitenstein and Brecherspitz.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
