The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Easy to switch off in the Eifel. Here, hikers, families, car lovers and dog people get their money's worth. It offers space and peace, with private terrace, barbecue and 3 parking spaces in front of the door. Hiking trails are right outside the door and it is also not far to the Nürburgring. Shops and restaurants are available directly in Adenau, only about a 7-minute drive away. The view of the countryside invites you to linger, especially in the summer months.
