Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Sie wohnen im kleinsten Haus in Rattenberg in der kleinsten Stadt Österreichs (ca. 450 Einwohner). Die zentrale Lage Rattenbergs zwischen Kufstein und Innsbruck lädt zu vielen Aktivitäten ein. Bei mir bekommst du die Alpbachtal Card mit der du im Sommer in Alpbach mit der Gondel kostenfrei auf dem Berg fahren kannst.
