Quick access to the city centre in 20 minutes, whether by S21 train or by car; the regional train runs once an hour and takes 12 minutes.

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Die angebotene Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses und bietet einen privaten Eingang für unsere Gäste. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Gelegen ist das Haus am Stadtrand von Geesthacht am Ende einer Sackgasse. Unmittelbar a das Grundstück grenzt ein Waldgebiet. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar. Hamburg erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die Innenstadt von Lüneburg erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 25 Min. mit dem Auto.

The flat is located on the top floor (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 motorways. The "Steinfurther Allee" underground station is also easily accessible on foot (10–12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then it's another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg main station. The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).
