A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

We had a great stay at this house . The accommodation is very clean , a harbor of peace in the middle of the mountain. The person who welcomed us was very kind and she responded to any questions we had. We recommend this place to enjoy a holiday in Tyrol . The village of Fügen is very beautiful and has all the necessary shops.

An incredible gem! Idyllic and family-friendly located in a small side valley of the Inn, you can stay in a 200-year old house of the Ruprechters, a local artist and farmer family. So the house is not only a museum to inhabit, an archive of the hamlet, but also an exhibition venue for current art made of local materials such as stone, wood, metal by Erich, Stephanie and David. Sonja makes natural cosmetics and has lovingly decorated the entire house with a lot of heart, nothing is 08/15. The detailed other amenities of the house suggest that the family lived there until recently, there is really nothing missing and everything has a logical place. The family and the house are absolutely recommended if interested in art and crafts in harmony with the Tyrolean environment!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)

Great villa, everything is brand new. The kitchen has every appliance you could think of. Very clean villa with a central location, comfortable beds, 6 separate bedrooms, fits 12-14 people comfortably. 5 mins drive to kitzbühel and ski lifts.

Everything was OK, only the storage in the cellar right next to the ski room, I would recommend resolving it differently because of the smell.
