Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa mm. astianpesukone, hella, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ja muut mukavuudet. Mökissä lisäksi televisio, sauna, pesuhuone, wc ja pyykinpesukone. Omat liinavaatteet. Lemmikeistä sovittava erikseen. Erinomainen mahdollisuus retkeillä, hiihtää, uida, kalastaa, marjastaa tai veneillä - vuodenajasta riippuen!

Nested at the tip of the private peninsula, the cabin offers complete privacy with only birds and reindeers to be seen around. Relax by the fireplace, indulge in the rustic sauna set by the sandy beach, go exploring using the complementary rowing boat, or simply enjoy slow life, fresh air and life little pleasures! Our cabin has no running water and the toilet is outside.

Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)

Modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, only a few minutes drive from the versatile services of Ruka city centre. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active getaway in all seasons in the unique Kuusamo nature. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain biking trails can be reached from nearby areas. In winter and spring, you can access ski trails and snowmobile trails from the cottage's yard.
