The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

Top location in the center of Kuusamo, apartment with sauna and large glazed balcony. Bed linen and towels as well as final cleaning are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment has everything you need, from dishes to a washing machine. A heated parking space for the car in front of the apartment and a short walk away you will find a bus station and ski bus stop in winter, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very clean and there are no personal belongings in the apartment!

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher.
