Relax in the peace of nature by the clear lake Kuontijärvi near the services of Ruka. The cottage (40 square meters/one-bedroom + loft) is well-equipped. The atmosphere is created by an open fireplace in the cottage. Several great activities right from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski trail passes by, and in summer, a mountain bike trail (Kouvervaara trail). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, one semi-detached house in the same yard and one cottage consisting of three apartments.

Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Enjoy winter nature landscapes and tranquility 1.8 km from Rukatunturi ski lifts and services. You can walk to the Vuosselinjärvi ski slope in a few minutes. The cottage is ideal for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
