Several great activities right from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski trail passes by, and in summer, a mountain bike trail (Kouvervaara trail). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, one semi-detached house in the same yard and one cottage consisting of three apartments.
