Tsubara was 100y old Machiya, we lovely restored all possible to original style using antique fittings & materials by traditional craftsmanship. We love Tsubara, we hope the guests too! My house is located close to the public transportation hub train station JR Nijo, subway and sight spot Nijo castle. It is suitable for young couples, families with children and older people to stay here for tourism. It is easy to take a bus from JR train Kyoto station for 20 minutes to get here. It takes around 10 minutes to Nijo castle by walking. The sight spots Arashiyama and the temple Kinkakuji are also close to the house. It is located in central city Kyoto.
