Superb wooded and very sunny ground of 1300 m2, clear view on the mountain. 2 km from the center of Saint-Jorioz, 800 m from the lake, 400 m from the bike path and 10 km from the center of Annecy. Maximum sunshine all day. You will appreciate the calm, the view, the swimming pool (with swimming against the current) and the stamp of the house.

The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.
