Pleasant sunny 50 m2 apartment, on the 2nd floor of a very quiet residence, close to all amenities, 3 minutes' walk to downtown La Couronne (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, restaurants, tobacco shop...), public garden nearby. Located in a quiet environment, an annex of our main house, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without worries. You will be woken up by the birds singing while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city centre (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
