Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. Duvet and countryside is located between Le Mans and Tours in a very quiet property with a garden (swing ….) and parking. You have at your disposal in the common area an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs and a charcoal grill.). The property provides a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool from mid-April to September.
