This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hotplate. There is also a separate bedroom (140X200 bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the lakes of La Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (the 24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.
