Small house with beautiful views of a bedroom on one between wooden floor and another sofa bed in the living room. The bathtub is in a cave with a large shower. A fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Oak Flooring. Air conditioning. Fiber wifi. There's a parking lot right downstairs, which is very important in the summer months and you're a two-minute walk to the center of the old town of Vejer. A very calm and charming area. Fiber Wifi. A charmingly renovated townhouse in a quiet Andalusian courtyard in the historic center. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. It has: 1- Living room-kitchen with adequate space (with a 1.35 cm bed). 2-Attic (in the upper part) with an entrance of less than 1.20m (with a 1.50 cm bed). Comfortable bathroom. Very spacious outdoor terrace with views of nature. Located 20 minutes from Tarifa, 15 minutes from Bolonia and Zahara de los Atunes. Quiet, relaxing place. Easy parking and well connected to all the beaches in the area.

House strategically located between the most beautiful villages on the Costa de la Luz; CONIL, VEJER, BARBATE and ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES. Two minutes from Barbate and close to supermarkets such as Lidl Maxi-dia and Aldi. The house is located in a rural area where cork oaks and pine trees abound. It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.
