Brand new, fully-equipped apartment. On the ground floor, very comfortable, stylish, bright and perfectly located. In the heart of one of the town's old neighborhoods. Very quiet and central area. The street is pedestrian, a stone's throw from the beach and historic downtown, with all services nearby. Terrace on the 2nd floor. Nearby parking lots.
