Pleasant independent cosy 2-room apartment located between countryside and sea. New housing unit of 38 m2 rented in 2022. Perfectly equipped enjoy a relaxing accommodation. No smoking allowed It is located in a village where you will find a caterer, bakery, tobacco bar and 2 pizzeria. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
