Charming, quiet house. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

House ideally located between land and sea. 15 min from La Rochelle. All shops are at your doorstep. Very functional. Beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, pantry, shower room, separate toilet, 3 beautiful bedrooms with closets including 1 not attached. Wide terrace shaded by a blind. New 3-seater hot tub for relaxing after a day at the beach. Heated swimming pool. (Photos from 20 April 2026) Lovely shaded patio. Large enclosed garden not overlooked. Linens are included.

Bring the whole family to this great place with 3 bedrooms, large garden, and bowling green with lots of room for fun, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage, 15 minutes from La Rochelle, surrounded by the islands of Oléron, Ré and Aix. Accommodation in the center of the village near the municipal park, bakery, pizzeria, bar-tobacco/restaurant and 24-hour grocery store, hairdresser, physiotherapy practice and nursing practice. Intermarché 2 kilometers away.
