The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. My little attic cabin (mansard)

A real cozy little nest under the roofs in the heart of the city of Nice, very sunny and quiet, take care of my little cabin :) The apartment is an attic on one floor, it looks like a Tiny House because it is 33 m2 in total including 15 m2 Carrez law, and the entrance is through a private staircase. The night space is open to the living room. I lived in the cabin for 2 years to renovate it and make it a real cocoon to welcome you.
