Apartment in the heart of the historic center

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of La Rochelle, a stone's throw from the town hall and the central market, on one of the lively shopping streets during the day, but quiet at night and in the evening. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for professional reasons, a 10-minute walk from the train station if you are coming by train. The apartment is a two-room apartment of 42 m2 crossing, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow the Covid cleaning guidelines.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

An extraordinary location, in the heart of La Rochelle, allowing you to have one of the best views of the Old Port. Its exceptional location allows you to enjoy all the assets of the City. Apartment Terrace sea view 1st floor UNIQUE! - all the comforts. Beds made on arrival, linen provided. Charm of this house responds to the unique location of its kind. You will benefit from two separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Close to shops, restaurants. Secure bike storage. 1 reserved parking space. The view of the beach is breathtaking, but it remains limited access for security reasons until April 5, 2025.

My accommodation of 36 m2 + 5 m2 of loggia, has direct access to Les Minimes beach (no dogs / dogs not allowed), public transport and family-friendly activities. You'll appreciate my place for the view and location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), families (with kids), families (with kids), and furry friends. Capacity 4 people but ideally 2/3 pers.
