Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

In the countryside, 12 min from Rochefort, 30 min from La Rochelle , in a house from 1789, with the charm of yesteryear ( living room with stone walls and tiles) with all modern comforts. Living room with a sofa bed BZ 140, a BZ 1 pers, dining area, kitchen with L.linge, dishes, oven, gas hob, ref/cong., M waves, coffee maker, kettle ... a WC, a bedroom with 140 bed and wardrobe (umbrella bed on request) and its bathroom with shower and vanity cabinet ( a second cottage 4 people available)
