100 m2 house in a quiet area, 500 m from the sea and 2 km from the old port. Before July 19 and after August 25, I only provide 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom instead of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ideal is to get around by bike to enjoy the city fully and quickly. There is a bike path 50 m from the house that takes you to the old port in 5 minutes.
