Very nice 55 m2 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor. 2 minutes from the old port (all the fun without the hassle), 5 minutes from the central market and 7 minutes from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the many charms of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

Quiet and rest assured, 2 steps from the old port, market, train station, hospital, aquarium. A living room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The hallway with dressing room gives access to the bedroom (160 cm bed), to the bathroom with toilet. 2 bikes (deposit). Closed parking in the basement of the residence. 2 people only.

Located in the heart of La Rochelle, in the Genette district, 10 min walk from the Mail and 5 min by bike from the Old Port, our accommodation is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, away from sight and noise.
