In the heart of a quiet and well-located area, I offer an independent room in a detached house in La Rochelle. The room opens onto a sun terrace. It is equipped with its own kitchenette and bathroom + toilet, allowing you to be particularly independent. Tea/coffee/herbal tea provided. Breakfast prepared on request 24 hours in advance (extra charge). Train station, old port, universities and beach, accessible in 15/20 min walk or 5 min by bike/car.

Guests have access to the pool, indoor jacuzzi, and garden. Breakfast served with homemade jams and fresh produce is included. From the house, there are many possibilities for walking or cycling: in the countryside, along the coast, towards La Rochelle or Ile de Ré.

The room is a 3-minute walk from the village center with all its shops, market and the port of La Flotte. The beach is also 300 m away. Breakfast is not served but you have in the room everything you need to make tea, coffee and heat up dishes.
