1st floor apartment for 4 people, sheets, towels and bath towels provided, electric gate, fenced courtyard, easy access, 300 m from bike paths, 10 min from beaches, 1.5 km from city centre, market, supermarket. FOR INFO, I have 2 other rentals, one for 6 people, Coquillages et Bois Frottés, and the other for 4 people, Mer et Forêt. The 3 are independent. I do not charge cleaning fees because I give it clean and I would like to recover it in the same state.
