After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. For larger events of about 20 or more guests, simply submit a request.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
