After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. For larger events of about 20 or more guests, simply submit a request.

Recreation in the forest settlement Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

Duplex loft: 4 bedrooms+Royal Gardens+City

This beautiful two-story loft is on the 3rd floor of an old building and was extensively renovated a few years ago. It is located in the middle of Hanover. The royal mansion gardens are only a few meters away and offer pure nature around the corner. The two trendy districts of Linden and Nordstadt are located in the immediate vicinity. Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
