Not far from nature conservation and local recreation areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in the city center in 15 minutes. The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), a living room with a dining table and futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via the kitchen as well as the bathroom.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Hallo My apartment is very central .well located to get the tube to the fairs ( 5 minute walk) 15 min drive to the fairground. If you want to go downtown you can walk 10 min or take the tube. Restaurants and supermarkets are around. My apt is very central.The train can be reached in 5 minutes, to the fair takes about 15 min.In 15 min walk you reach the city center, you can of course also take the train (2 stations).In the area there are supermarkets and nice restaurants.
