Welcome to our apartment in the center of Arosa. It is very quiet and sunny at the end of a cul-de-sac. The apartment is superbly furnished and offers comfortable space for 6 guests on 108 square meters. There is a cozy living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony with a comfortable lounge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets. Due to the good location in Arosa, the sun shines on the house for a long time.

The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet area of Arosa surrounded by ski runs and walking paths. City centre within 5 min. The flat is suitable for 5 people and it has about 70 square meters living space, two sleeping rooms (2 and 3 beds), a bathroom with shower and 2 washbasins and a big balcony. The holiday flat is light and sonny and has 1 big living room. Separate heated room for ski equipment. Outdoor car parking is included.

Mass storage in the bedroom (single places bookable)

Spend the night in our cosy and spacious dormitory with 12 beds and enjoy the special hut atmosphere in the mountains. Please note that this is a mixed dormitory and that hut sleeping bags are compulsory. The toilet is on the ground floor. Our house cat "Miz Mary" likes to pop into the bedroom from time to time 😊 Showers are available at an extra charge, but not always. There is a restaurant on site (meals not included).
